VOLSAVANT coaches with a teaching style, guiding athletes through the steps of training from first principals. The motivated client will learn the basis for how the physiological systems of the body work, the nuances of cycling power, and the structuring of training over time.

*Training program structure, on-bike + strength + nutrition + race strategy/analysis — Monthly.

*Career/Goal Consultation — Cheat sheet with personalized protocols to address unique goals — Single session.

How it works.

Sterling specializes in helping people add or remove protocols to target specific adaptations and performance goals. His comprehensive, personalized approach to coaching creates a dynamic relationship to help athletes understand the causal pathways between stimuli, mechanism of action and outcome.

Volsavant athletes can choose between two tiers of engagement to suit their training, racing or performance based goals: Standard, or one-one-one. Text, email, virtual meetings and in person guidance are available.
